Montana
What Montana is
Montana is the AI that sits inside your workspace. It listens to your calls, keeps a living brief on your business, and answers questions using your own data rather than the internet's.
The four things it does
It reviews calls. Every qualifying call is transcribed and scored, with the objections and the agreed next step pulled out as structured fields rather than left in a recording nobody replays. See Call scoring.
It keeps the company brain. One living document per workspace covering what you sell, who you sell to, what works on the phone and what does not. It is written partly by you and partly by Montana as it learns from real calls. See Company brain.
It answers questions. Ask it what happened this week, which objection is costing you the most, or how a particular rep is doing, and it answers from your workspace. This is the AI coach.
It does jobs on its own. soon Named, repeatable pieces of work that run on a schedule or on a button, rather than in a conversation. See Skills and Montana takes action.
What it can and cannot see
Montana is scoped to one workspace. It reads your calls, your companies, your deals and your brain, and it cannot see another customer's anything. The pitch it writes for you is built from your own profile and general sales knowledge, never from another tenant's campaign data.
The AI coach
Two ways in. A rep opens Montana beside the dialer and asks about the account in front of them, what was said last time, what this kind of prospect usually pushes back on, how to open. A manager opens it at workspace level and asks about the floor: what changed this week, who is slipping, which campaign is working.
Both are grounded in your data. If Montana does not know something it says so rather than inventing it, which matters when the answer is going to be repeated to a customer.
What it costs you
Call review is included on both plans, uncapped, on every minute in your pool, and an extra minute carries the review too at three credits. Lead sourcing is paid per lead in credits, a cent or three each, because each search buys real data. See Plans and billing for the rate card.
