What does your sales stack cost each month?

Set the number of reps and the billing term, then pick a tool for each layer. The calculator multiplies each tool's per-seat price by your team size, applies the vendor's seat minimum, adds any flat platform fee, and lines the total up against Sales Montana's flat price. It runs in your browser and stores nothing.

What does each tool cost per rep?

Published prices come from the vendor's pricing page. Reported prices are for vendors that sell by quote; they come from third parties, either buyer contract data or the figures a vendor's sales team quoted, and are labeled as such. All prices are USD, per seat a month unless the table says flat, and leave out telephony minutes, phone numbers and one-time onboarding fees.

What does the cheapest published stack cost at 3, 10 and 25 reps?

Take the lowest published plan in each of the three core layers: JustCall Pro for the dialer ($49 per seat billed annually, 2-seat minimum), Pipedrive Growth for the CRM ($39) and Apollo Basic for lead data ($49). That is $137 per rep a month before anyone coaches a call or reads a dashboard.

RepsJustCall Pro + Pipedrive Growth + Apollo Basic, billed annuallySame stack, billed monthlySales Montana, per monthSeparate stack costs more by
3$411$549$99 (Engine)$312 to $450
10$1,370$1,830$297 (Pro)$1,073 to $1,533
25$3,425$4,575$297 (Pro)$3,128 to $4,278

At 3 reps the gap is $312 a month on annual billing. At 10 reps it is $1,073, and the eleventh rep adds $137 to the separate stack and nothing to Sales Montana Pro. The calculator's default stack (Aircall Professional, HubSpot Sales Hub Professional, Apollo Basic and Gong at its reported price) comes to $2,729 a month for 8 reps billed annually, or $3,017 billed monthly, against $297.

How is the math done?

Each line is seats multiplied by the per-seat price for the billing term you chose, plus any flat fee. Seats are your rep count or the vendor's minimum, whichever is higher: Aircall bills at least 3 licenses, JustCall at least 2, and Orum states a 9-seat minimum on its own pricing page. Where a vendor shows one price whatever the billing period (HubSpot's billing control did not change the displayed $90 when we read the page), or sells on annual contracts only, the same figure is used under both billing choices.

Two reported tools carry flat fees. ZoomInfo is modeled as Vendr's median buyer contract of $33,500 a year, spread over 12 months, because ZoomInfo prices by license count, credits and features and publishes none of it. Gong is modeled at the low end of Vendr's per-seat range, $1,200 a year, plus the platform fee MarketBetter reports for teams up to 20 users ($5,000 a year) or 21 to 50 ($10,000). Both are estimates; your quote will differ.

Left out on every side: talk minutes, phone numbers, SMS, onboarding fees (HubSpot Professional requires a one-time $1,500 fee) and taxes. Sales Montana's credits for extra minutes and leads are left out too, so the comparison is subscription against subscription.

What does Sales Montana include for the flat price?

One flat price for the platform. Pay as you go for leads and minutes. Engine is $99 a month for up to 3 users and Pro is $297 a month for unlimited users, both billed monthly, never per seat. Each plan includes a single-line power dialer, a built-in CRM with companies, contacts, deals and tasks, email from the inbox, call recording and transcription, cadences you define, DNC scrubbing, and 1,000 (Engine) or 3,000 (Pro) pooled talk minutes with Montana, the AI head of sales, grading every connected call and writing each rep's morning brief. Lead finding is paid in credits at 1 cent a credit. Pro adds team analytics, a leaderboard, floor alerts and a client portal, which is the manager layer the calculator prices separately for other stacks.

A dialer, a CRM, a lead tool and call coaching, bought separately, cost more per rep than our whole floor. The tables above are the numbers behind that line. See Sales Montana pricing for the credit rates and the trial.

When is the separate stack the better buy?

When the tools do a job this stack does not. If your company already runs HubSpot or Salesforce across marketing and support, a dialer that syncs into it keeps one system of record; the comparison hub lists which outside CRMs each dialer syncs with. If your reps need several lines ringing at once, Orum and Nooks sell parallel dialing and Sales Montana dials one line at a time; the dialer modes glossary explains the trade. If you need ZoomInfo's database or Gong's conversation intelligence, those are real reasons to pay their prices. The ROI calculator looks at the revenue side of the same decision.

Frequently asked

How much does a sales stack cost per rep?

On the cheapest published plans that cover a dialer, a CRM and lead data (JustCall Pro, Pipedrive Growth and Apollo Basic, billed annually), the stack costs $137 per rep a month before minutes and phone numbers. Add call coaching and a manager layer and the per-rep figure rises; Gong alone is reported at about $100 per seat a month plus a platform fee.

Does the calculator include telephony minutes and phone numbers?

No. Every tool on this page bills minutes or numbers in its own way, so the calculator compares software subscriptions only. Sales Montana includes 1,000 (Engine) or 3,000 (Pro) pooled talk minutes a month; past that, minutes cost 3 credits each, where 1 credit is 1 cent.

Where do the Orum, Kixie, ZoomInfo and Gong prices come from?

None of the four publishes a price. Orum and Kixie figures come from DialSheet and Aloware, which report what the vendors quote. ZoomInfo and Gong figures come from Vendr's buyer contract data and MarketBetter's fee ladder. The calculator marks each of them as reported and links the source.

Which Sales Montana plan does the calculator pick?

Engine ($99 a month, up to 3 users) for teams of 1 to 3 reps, and Pro ($297 a month, unlimited users) for 4 or more. Both are flat and billed monthly. Pro adds team analytics, a leaderboard, floor alerts and the client portal, which is the manager layer other stacks buy separately.
