If you sell outbound as a service, your real product is trust. An agency running client campaigns, a BPO floor dialing for US accounts: either way, Sales Montana gives each client an isolated campaign with its own numbers and data, AI review on every call, and a live portal where they watch the work happen instead of waiting for a Friday report.
Each client is its own campaign: separate lead lists, separate caller IDs, separate scripts and scoring rubrics, separate analytics. A rep working two accounts switches context in one click; the data doesn't cross.
Give each client a read-only login: live pipeline, every dial, every deal note, every disposition as it happens. When a client can see 400 dials a day landing on their behalf, the "what are we paying for?" call doesn't come.
You can't hand-review 3,000 calls a week across six clients. Montana scores every one of them against each campaign's rubric and tells you which reps and which scripts need attention, before the client hears it first.
Local caller IDs per client and per market, rotated before they burn, with DNC scrubbing on every dial. Your clients' brands stay clean.
The org dashboard, from the live product. Note "View as client" in the sidebar: that's the portal your customer sees.
Pricing is flat, monthly, and published: Pro is $297 a month with unlimited users, so managers, QA staff and your client-portal viewers all cost nothing, and the twentieth rep costs the same as the first. No per-minute markup games: 3,000 talk minutes are included, pooled across the floor, and a minute past that is 3 credits with the AI review still on it. And if you're an early-stage floor, ask about Founding Team pricing: a locked-in rate for the first 20 teams, in exchange for a case study.
Want the floor without running one? We also operate outbound floors ourselves. If you'd rather hand us the list and take the meetings, that's outsourced SDR: same platform, our reps.
Can my clients see each other's data?
No. Isolation is per campaign at the platform level: leads, calls, recordings, analytics and portal access are all scoped. A client sees their own campaign and nothing else.
Do portal users cost anything?
No. The client portal is on Pro, and Pro has unlimited users: reps, managers, QA and every client viewer sit inside the same $297 a month.
Can we bring our own lists?
Yes: CSV/XLSX import per campaign. And when a client's list runs dry, Montana sources fresh companies with working numbers straight into their queue.
Start a trial with a single campaign. When the client asks why the reporting suddenly got good, add the next one.
