What is the best Aircall alternative for a sales team?

If your team only makes outbound sales calls, Sales Montana costs less and includes a CRM. Aircall Professional, the plan with a power dialer, is $70 per user per month billed monthly ($50 billed annually) with a 3-seat minimum. On monthly billing, three reps pay $210 a month and ten reps pay $700. Sales Montana is $99 a month flat for up to three users and $297 a month flat for unlimited users, billed monthly. We make Sales Montana, and the numbers below come from Aircall's pricing page.

Aircall prices are per user per month in US dollars, read on October 5, 2026, and exclude phone numbers and add-ons. Sales Montana includes 1,000 (Engine) or 3,000 (Pro) pooled talk minutes, then 3 cents a minute. Aircall lists AI Assist Pro at $49 per seat a month under both billing options. If all three Aircall reps add it to Professional, the bill reaches $357 a month on monthly billing, and ten reps reach $1,190.

What does a year cost for 3 and 10 reps?

Over twelve months, Aircall costs $2,520 for three reps and $8,400 for ten on monthly billing. Sales Montana, which bills monthly, costs $1,188 for three reps on Engine and $3,564 for ten reps on Pro. Aircall's annual billing brings its figures to $1,800 and $6,000. These totals leave out phone numbers, extra add-ons and any usage charges on either side, so use them as a starting point and ask each vendor for a full quote. Sales Montana's own overage is 3 cents a talk minute after the pooled 1,000 (Engine) or 3,000 (Pro) minutes.

Where Aircall is the better fit

Aircall says on its pricing page that it is built for both inbound support and outbound sales on the same platform. If your support agents and your sales reps need the same phone system, Aircall covers both and we do not. It also connects to more than 250 tools, so a team already deep in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk or Pipedrive can keep that stack and add calling on top. If you only need a business phone line with call recording and transcripts, Aircall's Essentials plan is $40 per user a month on monthly billing ($30 on annual billing), but it has no power dialer.

Where Sales Montana is the better fit

Sales Montana is built for outbound reps who spend the day on the phone. The dialer, CRM, call recording and AI review sit in one tool at one flat price, so adding a rep does not raise the bill until you pass three users. Montana, our AI head of sales, grades each connected call and writes every rep's morning brief. Lead finding and email from the inbox are in the same product.

We dial one line at a time. We do not offer parallel or predictive dialing, and we do not run inbound support queues. If you also want to compare a calling platform that sells a parallel dialer as an add-on, see the CloudTalk comparison.
