Sales Montana / Docs

The revenue engine for businesses

Sales Montana is one system that finds leads, calls them, coaches the reps and runs the follow-up, with Montana, the AI head of sales, at the centre. Your reps dial from the browser, the notes write themselves, and you find out what is actually being said on the phone.

Where to start

The shape of the product

Three things sit on top of each other, and it helps to know which is which.

The CRM holds companies, contacts, deals and tasks. Every call, email and note lands against a company, so an account has one timeline rather than a rep's memory.

The dialer works a queue. A campaign is a list of companies plus the reps assigned to it, and the queue decides who to ring next and when to ring them again. Calling happens in the browser, so there is nothing to install.

Montana is the AI. It transcribes and scores calls, extracts the objections and the next step, keeps a living brief on your business, and answers questions about your own data.

What is not built yet

Some of what you will read here is specified but not shipped, and it is marked soon everywhere it appears, in the sidebar and on the page. Nothing carrying that badge works today. It is documented ahead of time so the design is settled in the open rather than in somebody's head.
