Who counts as a user
Anyone with a login: reps, managers, admins, operations people. Engine covers up to three of them. Pro covers as many as you have, so there is never a reason to share a login or to leave somebody out of the system.
Minutes
Minutes are talk time on connected calls, pooled across the whole team rather than allocated per person, and every one of them is reviewed by Montana. Dials that ring out or go to voicemail cost you nothing.
Going past the pool does not stop your team calling. Extra minutes are paid in credits, three credits a minute with the review included, drawn from your balance. On a trial the 100-minute pool is a hard stop instead.
Credits
One credit is one cent. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets on your billing date, and you can buy more at any time from Settings then Billing. Purchased credits never expire. Auto-recharge is optional: set a floor and a top-up amount and the balance refills itself.

Leads are priced at twice what our data providers charge us, and every source is listed. SMS steps in cadences need 10DLC registration first. We register you for a fixed fee.
The trial
Fourteen days or 100 talk minutes, whichever comes first, for up to three users. A card is required at signup and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Your plan starts on day 14, or earlier if you use the 100 minutes and choose Start my plan. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
Changing plan
Up or down, at any time, from Settings then Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling leaves your data intact and exportable.
