The AI head of sales · Inside your dialer and CRM

Meet Montana,
your AI head of sales.

Montana is the AI head of sales inside Sales Montana, a power dialer and CRM for B2B teams. He reads your website, works out who you sell to, finds matching companies, preps every conversation and does the CRM work after each call. Reps make the calls; Montana does the rest of the day around them.

He reads your site and shows who he'd call. Free to see, no account needed. The trial (14 days or 100 minutes) asks for a card; nothing is charged until it ends.

What Montana does, before and after every call

He works in the order the day happens.

1

Before the call

What happened last time, who you spoke to and a line to open with, right on the dialer. Each lead arrives with what the company does, who to ask for and why, and what to open with.

2

After the call

Montana hears a voicemail, a gatekeeper or a real conversation and picks the outcome. He books the callback in the prospect's time zone, drafts the follow-up email from what was said, creates the task, adds the contact and moves the deal. Nothing changes until the rep taps Accept, and every action has an Undo.

3

Overnight

He updates the company brain from the day's calls and puts a morning brief on every rep's desk: what worked, what to fix, who to call first.

His brain

Montana keeps one living document per workspace describing your business. It holds what you sell, who buys it, the objections that actually come up and the answers that actually work, and the openers worth copying. It starts from your website and grows from real calls. Admins can read it and correct it, and the sections you write are never touched by an automated run.

That document is why his answers sound like your floor. Without it, an AI answering a rep's question is guessing from general sales knowledge. With it, the pre-call brief and the coaching come from how your business actually sells. See the company brain documentation.

How he coaches

Every connected call is transcribed and scored against a rubric you set per campaign. A rubric is the list of things a good call on that campaign does: opened properly, reached the right person, handled the objection, asked for the next step. Each is judged separately and the breakdown is stored, so a rep sees the two points they dropped rather than a number with no explanation.

Managers see the floor at a glance: who is climbing, who needs coaching, and which objection is showing up most. Read more on the call intelligence page.

What he does not do

Montana does not call or sell for you. He does not place calls, send email on his own or change a person's role. Reps make the calls and send the mail. Montana does the work around them and waits for a tap.

Frequently asked

Does Montana make the calls for me?

No. Reps make the calls. Montana does the research before each one and the CRM work after it, and suggests what to do next.

Does anything change without my approval?

No. Montana proposes the after-call work, such as the outcome, a callback, an email draft, a task or a deal move. Nothing changes until the rep taps Accept, and every action has an Undo.

Can I correct what Montana knows about my business?

Yes. The company brain starts from your website and admins can read and correct it. The sections Montana maintains are rewritten as he learns from calls; everything else is yours.

How does he score a call?

Every connected call is reviewed against a rubric you set per campaign. You write the criteria in plain words and weight each one, and Montana scores the call and shows the breakdown.
