Montana

Company brain

One living document per workspace describing your business: what you sell, who buys it, what works on the phone. It is what makes Montana's answers yours rather than generic.

What is in it

It starts from your website during signup, and grows. Your offer and who it is for. The objections that actually come up and the answers that actually work. Competitors and how you are positioned against them. Openers worth copying. Things not to say.

Who writes it

Both of you, and the split is deliberate. Sections Montana maintains are rewritten as it learns from real calls. Everything else is yours and is never touched by an automated run, so a paragraph you wrote about how to handle your biggest competitor cannot be quietly overwritten.

Adding your own material

You can attach files and links as reference: a battle card, a pricing sheet, an objection handling doc somebody already wrote. These are stored beside the brain rather than pasted into it, so a hundred uploads do not bloat every conversation.

Why it matters

Without it, an AI answering a rep's question is guessing from general sales knowledge. With it, it answers from how your business actually sells. It is also what makes the pre-call brief useful: a rep about to dial gets your positioning, not a textbook's.
