Over twelve months, CloudTalk Expert costs $2,484 for three reps and $8,280 for ten on monthly billing. Sales Montana, which bills monthly, costs $1,188 for three reps on Engine and $3,564 for ten reps on Pro. CloudTalk's annual billing brings its figures to $1,764 and $5,880, with a 12-month commitment. These totals leave out phone numbers, extra add-ons and any usage charges on either side, so use them as a starting point and ask each vendor for a full quote. Sales Montana's own overage is 3 cents a talk minute after the pooled 1,000 (Engine) or 3,000 (Pro) minutes.

Where CloudTalk is the better fit

CloudTalk describes itself as AI call center software. On its pricing page the power dialer is an add-on below the Expert plan, and parallel dialing is an add-on on every plan. Pick it if you need parallel dialing, since it offers up to 10 lines and Sales Montana offers none. Pick it if you run an inbound team, or want a single seat. The Starter plan is $25 per user a month on annual billing ($34 billed monthly), and the power dialer is a $15 add-on on annual billing, so one rep pays $40 a month on annual billing. CloudTalk also lists more than 95 integrations and a 14-day trial that does not need a card.

Where Sales Montana is the better fit

Sales Montana is built for outbound reps who spend the day on the phone. The dialer, CRM, call recording and AI review share one tool at one flat price, and the call review is part of the plan. Montana, our AI head of sales, grades each connected call and writes every rep's morning brief. A team of three pays $99 a month, and a team of ten pays $297 with no per-seat charge.

We dial one line at a time. We do not offer parallel or predictive dialing, and we do not run inbound call queues. If that matches how your reps work, the flat price and the built-in CRM are the reasons to switch. See also the Aircall comparison.
