Five sliders · One uncomfortable number

What is your list
worth right now?

Five numbers decide what an outbound floor produces: reps, dials per day, connect rate, close rate, deal size. Set yours. The gap at the bottom is what the same list and the same team leave on the table each month.

Where the lift numbers come from

The 2.4× conversations and +18% connect rate are what we measured on our own outbound floor after moving it onto Montana: the queue reordered on pickup history, reps briefed before each dial, and no time lost between calls. Your floor is not our floor. Treat the output as a model of the upside, then run a free trial and measure your own lift.

How the math works

Monthly deals = reps × dials/day × 21 working days × connect rate × close rate. Revenue = deals × average deal size. The "with Montana" row applies the two lift factors above to the same inputs. No compounding tricks, no hidden multipliers.

The cost side is flat, not per seat: Engine is $99 a month for up to three users, Pro is $297 a month for unlimited users. So the gap does not shrink as you add reps, which is the opposite of how per-seat tools behave.

The model is free. So is the trial.
