How much does Nooks cost?

Nooks does not publish its prices. Its pricing page is a quote form. Third-party reviews (MarketBetter, Artisan, 11x) report about $4,000 to $5,000 per user per year on an annual contract, and Vendr's buyer data shows a median contract of $30,105 a year. Nooks says every plan needs at least two seats. At those reported rates, a three-rep team would pay around $12,000 to $15,000 a year before any usage charges.

What does Nooks publish about pricing?

Nooks lists modules on its pricing page instead of plans: AI Dialer (parallel, multi-line and power dialing), AI Sequencing, Signals and Intelligence, AI Coaching, and Contact Data Enrichment. It integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce, and you can upload a CSV if you use another CRM. Nooks has no CRM of its own. Its own blog states the seat rule: "Nooks requires a minimum of two seats for all plans. Pricing varies based on team size, feature requirements, and contract terms."

Treat every number here as an estimate. MarketBetter, Artisan and 11x sell competing products, and MarketBetter says the $4,000 to $5,000 figure comes from two earlier estimates, by OutboundSalesPro and PowerDialer.ai, so the repeats are not independent checks. Vendr's median comes from real purchases but does not say how many seats each buyer bought. OutboundSalesPro also reports that Nooks now bills AI research and email writing in credits, so older per-seat figures may understate a current bill.

What would a team of 2, 3 or 10 pay?

Using the reported $4,000 to $5,000 per seat per year, before credits, numbers or onboarding:

TeamNooks (estimate, annual)Per month
2 reps (minimum)$8,000 to $10,000$667 to $833

10 reps$40,000 to $50,000$3,333 to $4,167

Which dialers publish their price?

If you want a number before a sales call, these dialers publish one. We make Sales Montana, the first row. Other prices are per user per month on monthly billing where the vendor offers it, read from each vendor's pricing page on October 5, 2026. Telephony, extra numbers and add-ons are extra unless stated.

Sales Montana's plans include 1,000 (Engine) or 3,000 (Pro) pooled talk minutes with AI review on every connected call, then 3 credits (3 cents) a minute. CloudTalk's monthly USD price was not shown, so its row uses the annual rate.

When is Nooks worth the price?

Pick Nooks if your SDR team lives on parallel dialing and wants sequencing, intent signals and enrichment in the same tool, and you already run Salesforce or HubSpot. Nooks sells that whole outbound stack under one quote.

When does a flat-price dialer fit better?

If your team dials one prospect at a time, wants the CRM and call review in the same place, and would rather see the price than book a demo, Sales Montana costs $99 a month for up to three users or $297 for unlimited users. You can start a 14-day trial today. We do not offer parallel dialing; if you need it, Nooks, Orum and Kixie's multi-line tier do.
