What is Sales Montana?

Sales Montana is a power dialer and CRM for B2B teams. Montana, its AI head of sales, finds leads, reviews every interaction and tells each rep where to focus. He grades every connected call and writes each rep's morning brief. One flat price for the platform: Engine $99 a month for up to 3 users, or Pro $297 a month for unlimited users, billed monthly. We make Sales Montana, and it is one of the options in this comparison. About us.

What is Monaco, and who is it for?

Monaco calls itself "the AI native platform that replaces legacy CRM and disparate sales point solutions." Its homepage lists a database, signals, sequences, pipeline tracking and call recording in one system, with agents that research accounts and fill in records. Each customer also gets a forward deployed sales executive during activation. It is aimed at startups, and the only way in is a demo request. Monaco's pages describe call recording but do not describe a dialer.

Monaco came out of stealth in February 2026 and became generally available in August 2026, according to Salesforge and MarketBetter. Salesforge notes that the results Monaco quotes are self-reported and that it found no G2 or Capterra reviews yet.

How much does Monaco cost?

Monaco's pricing page shows "no seat fees" and "no platform fee", with a $10,000 upfront commitment paid at signature as 1,000,000 credits at one cent each. It says the commitment "covers roughly the first three months" for most customers, after which billing moves to monthly usage with no lock-in. At that pace the first three months work out to about $3,300 a month (our arithmetic, not a Monaco quote). That price includes forward-deployed sales executive support and outbound agents, which the tools below do not provide, so compare what each price covers.

Which Monaco alternative fits your team?

Pick Monaco if you are a funded startup without a sales background and you want agents to build and run outbound while an experienced sales executive coaches the setup. Nothing in this comparison replicates that service, and we do not claim to.

Pick Sales Montana if you plan to put people on the phone. It is a single-line power dialer with a CRM, companies, contacts, deals and tasks in one place, at a flat price for the whole team. Montana finds leads, grades every connected call and writes each rep's morning brief, so a founder or small SDR team sees how every call went. The founder-led sales page covers that setup.

Pick Attio or Close if you want a CRM first. Attio's Pro plan lists call intelligence and sequences; Close has a power dialer on Growth. Both charge per user, so cost rises with every rep you add. Sales Montana Pro stays at $297 a month for unlimited users.

What does outbound calling cost on each option?

For a three-person team billed monthly: Attio Plus is 3 x $44 = $132, Close Growth is 3 x $109 = $327 plus calling usage, and Sales Montana Engine is $99 flat. Sales Montana includes 1,000 pooled talk minutes with AI review on every connected call, then 3 credits a minute (1 credit is 1 cent).
