How much does Aircall cost?

Aircall sells two self-serve plans, and both need at least three users. Essentials is $30 per user a month billed annually ($40 billed monthly). A three-person sales team on Professional pays $210 a month on monthly billing, or $150 a month billed annually, before add-ons. Figures below are US prices from Aircall's pricing page.

What does a team of 3 or 10 pay for Aircall?

Add-on prices are the same on monthly and annual billing. Assumptions: every rep is on Professional, every rep gets AI Assist Pro for live coaching, the team may add Analytics+, and nobody buys extra numbers, branded caller ID or AI Voice Agents. Prices are per month for the whole team.

On annual billing, three users on Professional come to $1,800 a year, or $3,564 a year with AI Assist Pro for each rep.

Does Aircall have a free trial?

Yes. Aircall's help center describes a 7-day trial with up to 100 call minutes, up to 3 numbers and up to 100 SMS segments. Calls cannot run longer than 7 minutes. If you do not pick a plan, access ends on day 7. Neither the article nor Aircall's pricing page says whether a card is required.

Who is Aircall best for?

Aircall describes itself as built for inbound support and outbound sales on one platform. It fits a team that needs a business phone system first: IVR, call routing, queue callback, shared inbox and global numbers, with a power dialer on top. It also fits a team that already runs Salesforce, HubSpot or Zendesk and wants the phone to plug into them.

Which dialers publish their price?

We make Sales Montana, the first row. Other prices are per user per month on monthly billing where the vendor offers it, read from each vendor's pricing page on October 5, 2026. Figures exclude add-ons and extra numbers, and Close bills calls per minute on top.

Sales Montana's plans include 1,000 (Engine) or 3,000 (Pro) pooled talk minutes with AI review on every connected call, then 3 credits (3 cents) a minute. CloudTalk's monthly USD price was not shown, so its row uses the annual rate. Aircall's compare table lists "Parallel calls" and "Unlimited simultaneous outbound calls" on every plan, including Essentials, which has no power dialer. The Power Dialer on Professional dials numbers "in sequence".

When does a flat-price dialer fit better?

If your team only needs to dial, wants the CRM and call review in the same place, and does not need an inbound phone system, the per-seat math changes. Sales Montana costs $99 a month for up to three users or $297 a month for unlimited users, with a single-line power dialer and a built-in CRM. The trial runs 14 days or 100 minutes; a card is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial. Aircall is the better fit if you need inbound routing, IVR or the Salesforce and Zendesk integrations. See the Sales Montana vs Aircall comparison or the Orum alternatives guide.
