Your calls · Your data · Plain terms

Calling software
you can put in front
of a lawyer.

You are trusting us with recordings of your customers' voices and the pipeline that pays your team. Here is how we treat that, in plain language. The full legal terms are linked at the bottom, in public, not behind a sales call.

Tenant isolation

Each workspace is isolated at the database layer with row-level security. Your leads, calls, recordings and analytics are scoped to your organization and, within it, to each campaign. Client-portal users get read-only access to their own campaign and nothing beyond it.

Recordings and consent

Call recording laws differ by state and country, and some require consent from both parties. Our Call Recording Policy spells out the split: we provide the recording controls, you decide where and how to record within the laws of your jurisdictions. Recordings stay in your workspace, retrievable and deletable by your admins.

DNC and calling compliance

The platform scrubs your Do-Not-Call list before a dial leaves the queue, records dispositions per campaign, and keeps consent records for messaging channels. Compliance with TCPA, TSR and equivalent rules in your market remains your obligation as the caller; our Acceptable Use Policy draws the hard lines we enforce on our side.

Data handling

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We run on established cloud infrastructure with licensed U.S. carriers for telephony, and we process payments through Stripe: card numbers touch Stripe's systems, not ours. AI processing of your transcripts serves your workspace's scoring and briefs. We do not sell your data. The Privacy Policy lists the categories of providers we use and what each one touches.

AI, labeled as AI

Montana is software and we say so. Our terms bar using the platform to pass AI off as a human where disclosure is required, and Montana's own outputs are labeled inside the product.

Abuse

Fraudulent calling burns phone numbers, carriers and, worst of all, the people being called. We gate trials, monitor for abuse patterns, and shut down workspaces that cross the line. Seen something? abuse@salesmontana.com.
