How do the dialers compare on price, parallel dialing and CRM?

The table lists the cheapest published plan that includes a power or parallel dialer. Per-user prices leave out add-ons and extra numbers. Where a vendor publishes no price, the figure is a third-party report, named and linked, and should be treated as an estimate. We make Sales Montana, the first row.

Two patterns stand out. Every dialer here except Sales Montana charges per seat on its standard plans, so the bill grows with each rep you add. Aloware's startup plans are the one other flat price in the table: $199 a month for up to 3 users. And none of the eight competitors has a CRM built in; each one syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce or another outside CRM.

Which head-to-head comparisons can I read?

Power vs predictive vs auto dialers. What each dialing mode does and when it fits.

How should you shortlist a dialer?

Start with dialing mode. If your reps need several lines ringing at once, your shortlist is Orum, Nooks, Klenty, Kixie's multi-line tier, CloudTalk's add-on and JustCall SalesPro. Orum sells both modes, and its own September 2025 report found power dialing converted connects to meetings at about 6.4%, against about 3.8% for parallel, so test both before you pay for lines.

Next, decide where your contacts live. If you already run HubSpot or Salesforce, any dialer here will sync to it. If you want the CRM in the same tool as the dialer, Sales Montana includes companies, contacts, deals and tasks.

Then price the team you expect to have in six months. Seat minimums (2 on JustCall and Nooks, 3 on Aircall and CloudTalk Expert, 9 on Orum) set the floor. Sales Montana is $99 a month flat for up to 3 users or $297 a month for unlimited users, with 1,000 or 3,000 pooled talk minutes and AI review of every connected call included.
