Every call · Scored same-day · No sampling

Your QA listens
to 2% of calls.
Montana hears them all.

Each call your floor makes gets transcribed, scored against your rubric and graded. Objections captured, next steps logged, dispositions checked against what was said on tape. Then each rep opens tomorrow to a morning brief: what worked, what to fix, who to call first.

What is AI call scoring?

AI call scoring is software that transcribes a sales call, evaluates it against a rubric (opening, discovery, objection handling, close), and produces a grade plus specific feedback. Human QA's problem is coverage: a QA hire samples a handful of calls a day. The software reviews every call, every day, at a cost per call measured in cents.

What Montana does with every recording

1

Transcribes and scores it

A letter grade against your rubric, set per campaign, because a cold-call rubric and a renewal-call rubric shouldn't be the same one.

2

Captures objections and next steps

Every objection raised, every commitment made, pulled out of the audio and attached to the account, so "they said call back in Q2" survives the rep's memory.

3

Checks the disposition against reality

A "Connected" that was eight seconds of dead air gets caught. Your analytics stay honest because the tape, not the tag, is the source of truth.

4

Writes the morning brief

Each rep opens to what's working, what slipped, and which accounts need a touch today. Managers get the floor-level view: who's climbing, who needs tape review.

It learns your business, not only your calls

Scoring is only as good as context. Montana keeps a living company brain of your offer, your market and your objection patterns. It updates itself from what it hears on the phone and from documents you give it. Reps and managers can chat with it directly: ask what objection killed the most deals this month and get an answer grounded in your own transcripts, not a generic playbook.

The part the others charge extra for

Across the dialer market, AI conversation intelligence is the most gated feature there is: a top-tier unlock or a paid add-on in nearly every product. We think it's the whole point, so we do not gate it. It is on both plans, from $99 a month flat, and it is every call, uncapped: less than most vendors charge per user for the dialer alone.

Frequently asked

How much of my call volume gets scored?

All of it. Every connected call on either plan is transcribed and reviewed, no cap, no sampling. Minutes past your plan's allowance carry the review too, at 3 credits a minute.

Do I need a separate conversation-intelligence tool?

No, and that's the point. The dialer, the CRM and the scoring live in one system, so the score lands on the same record as the call, the deal and the recording. Nothing to integrate, nothing to sync.

Can I set my own scoring criteria?

Yes. Rubrics are set per campaign, and Montana's feedback tracks what you tell it matters: talk ratio, discovery depth, specific claims reps must or must not make.
