Sales Montana is outbound sales software: a power dialer with the CRM built in, lead finding, and AI review on every call. We built it to run our own calling floor, and we still run one.
One system for teams that sell by phone. It finds companies with working phone numbers, puts them in a dial queue, places the next call the moment a rep hangs up, records and transcribes every call, and grades it. Montana, the AI head of sales inside the product, writes each rep a morning brief from those grades. Two plans, flat monthly prices: Engine at $99 for up to three users, Pro at $297 for unlimited users. See pricing.
Our closers started on a marketing agency's outbound floor, dialing for clients on CloudTalk, with the CRM, the lead lists and the call reviews each in a different place. Too much of a rep's day went to the gaps between those tools. Sales Montana closes them: the list, the dialer, the CRM and the call review live in one place, and nobody pays per seat to add a rep.
The same team runs outsourced SDR programs for clients on the platform, every day. Features ship to our own reps first. That is also where our numbers come from: when a page says "measured on our own floor", it means these reps.
Sales Montana dials one line at a time per rep. If you need parallel dialing, Orum, Nooks and Kixie's top tier offer it and we do not. Montana grades calls, writes briefs and answers questions about your floor; it is not an autonomous "AI SDR" that sells on its own.
Montana is the AI head of sales inside the product, not the state. Sales Montana is a software company.
