Usage and limits
What the ceilings are, what happens when you touch one, and how to see where you stand before you get there.
The limits
| Limit | What it does | When you hit it |
|---|---|---|
| Users | How many logins your plan covers: three on Engine, unlimited on Pro. | Inviting one more asks you to move to Pro. |
| Pooled minutes | Talk time a month across the team. | Paid: extra minutes come out of credits, 3 each. Trial: calling stops. |
| Credit balance | What pays for extra minutes, numbers and leads. | Calling and lead finding pause until you top up, or auto-recharge does. |
| Daily dials | Attempts a day, for trials and new accounts. | Calling resumes the next working day in your timezone. |
| Numbers | How many you can hold on your plan. | Release one or upgrade. |
One session per user
A user's dialer session is held by one browser at a time. Open the dialer in a second tab and the first keeps the session, rather than the second stealing it and dropping a live call. Close the tab and the session frees itself within a minute or two.
Inbound is never blocked
No limit on this page stops an inbound call. Somebody ringing you back is the point of the exercise, and refusing it to save a few cents of talk time would be the wrong trade in every case.
Seeing where you stand
Settings, then Billing, shows minutes used against your pool for the month, your credit balance and what has been spent from it so far. Admins get a warning before a ceiling bites rather than finding out when a rep cannot dial.
